Quotes and orders

Every service is preceded by a discussion to define: client needs, expected content type, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, options and pricing. An order is confirmed upon written acceptance of the quote or commercial proposal.

Pricing

Prices are not publicly displayed on the website. Each project receives a custom quote based on: service type, number of content pieces, project complexity, shoot location, timelines, usage rights and specific client needs.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit may be requested before work begins.

Delivery timelines

Timelines are defined per project and confirmed at order validation. They may be adjusted in case of brief changes, delays in providing required materials, special shoot conditions or force majeure.

Client obligations

The client agrees to provide: a clear brief, objectives, brand guidelines, products to film if needed, technical constraints, rights and authorisations, and location/schedule information for events.

Any delay in providing these elements may result in a schedule shift.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is defined in the quote. Additional requests may be subject to extra charges.

Content delivery

Content is delivered via download link, shared drive, email or another agreed method. Delivery formats are specified in the quote.

Usage rights

Usage rights are defined in the quote. Any use not initially agreed upon — including paid advertising, sponsored campaigns, extended use, third-party transfer or use beyond the agreed duration — requires a supplementary agreement.

Cancellation and postponement

Cancellation or postponement terms are defined in the quote. In case of late cancellation by the client, costs already incurred or the deposit may remain due.

Liability

Content by Denise is not liable for: modifications requested after validation, misuse of content, commercial results, third-party platform unavailability, or social media platform constraints.

No guarantee of commercial results

Content by Denise does not guarantee any specific level of views, sales, engagement, conversions or advertising performance.

Personal data

Data collected during commercial exchanges is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
